Synthesis stages

From monomer feedstock to polymerized primary material

01

Feedstock intake

Monomer and chemical raw materials are received, identified, and verified against batch records before entering production.

02

Controlled synthesis

Polymerization is run under controlled conditions to support consistent molecular distribution across each batch.

03

Form conversion

Material is finished into primary forms, including pellets, granules, and liquid polyurethanes, as specified for the order.

04

Batch release

Each batch is recorded and checked against its traceability file before it is cleared for dispatch.

Handling and dispatch

Storage, containers, and dispatch controls

Pellets, granules, and liquid polyurethanes are stored under dedicated handling protocols that keep each material separated and identifiable. Containers are standardized so that every commercial batch arrives in a consistent, traceable format.

Dispatch is controlled against the batch record, so the material that leaves our site matches the documentation that accompanies it. Technical questions on storage conditions or container specifications can be directed to our engineering team.
